this is what I glued the wood floor togrther with after I cut off bad ends ,chips etc,not sure if this is what clayton puts on his pens?Drys in 10 seconds!or right now when you spray the activater on,You can apply one to one piece of wood and the activator to the other piece of wood connect them and walla it's glued tight no break fix.

You can't be that old !It looks like it'd take a hundred years to knock out a detailed box like that.Must be for someone special in your life to drone so much time in it.Never ever have I seen something like this .the quality is almost good enough for the ark of the covenant!your the best!

I run em till I notice something wrong like the blade tensioner numbers keep getting higher and higher when I tighten the blade.New the saw numbers will be around 1 to 1.5.on a dewalt,when it starts in the 2's I know it's time for some checking of loose or worn parts.Now the Chinese saws I know to replace bearings when I can't adjust the tension and more.It all depends on the useage of the saw and types of woods cut in it.hard woods of corse are gong to take it's toll on the machine much faster than balsa wood or pith. None of the scroll saws I used lasted a year with all the cutting I do,lol
