well my friend seen the sign I made for the lawnmower guy and he too wants a sign made for his tattoo friend that is opening a shop. Just something simple as the grand opening is tonight and they don't even have a sign.

This all came out of king tut 's treasure box?Such variety and all handsomely designed and finished.the hours it took to set all this up and then keep awake to guard it all.Bet you answerd plenty of questions!No dull moments around you shop.you must pour not drink alot of coffee,lol.this is the biggest one man show in wood i've ever seen !you overwhelmed me.Here i thought you mowed the lawn did handyman thingds for ma and roasted on the shed roof .You fool me!

HERE'S SOMETHING DIFFERANT CORIAN AND ALUMINUM ON HARDWOOD.ALUMINUM IS CUT WITH A 3/0 JEWELERS BLADE FROM MIKESWORKSHOP.THE CORIAN WITH A SCROLLREVERSE #12 AND #3 WITH A # 71 AND A #65 DRILL BIT.MOUNTED ON A BLOCK OF HARD WOOD.STEVEDGOOD PATTERN AND THE LETTERS ALL FACTORY SIZE.ALL THE PICTURES ARE THE SAME PROJECT BUT DIFFERANT VEIWS AND LIGHTING.

sailors have a special sail that funnels wind into the insides of the boat.you could do that to help out ,electric free too.awh,just throw peanut shells on the floor like some bars do instead of cleaning up the dust ,lol.and just have electric tools that way you can follow the cord and find your tool .lol !hope this helps.

the door is open now,you've got their interest and boys love to say i can do that! Bad thing is because their mind is open and not clutterd with bills,work etc so100% of what their doing is locked and loaded in their head now.nothing hindering them and they'll pass you up quickly.I showed my sisters boy of 12 everything i know on the piano and he played it back better than me ,and he never played a piano.Just wait and see they will be wowing you shortly.

these are all .016 aluminum anodized.the double winged bird is 8" wide being the largest of the lot .66 pieces total and all cut with the iron man blades#3 from mikesworkshop.com.about 3-4 hours cut time and everything went like a charm .on the double winged birds I used new blades to minimize heat build up to keep from bending the aluminum.I drilled the eyes with a 1/16th bit and brushed the surface with the collet by drilling to far..live and learn,lol.i enjoyed every second as they were a challenge .prier scrolling experience came in handy on turns etc.this is a repeat customer and it could get better I hope.they love my work .this is the same customer that said if I could cut corian he has work for me.and he did!Thank you jesus.there 's a used dw788 in crags list here for 175.00 .a back up saw in in order!thanks for looking.

DonR that's quite an undertaking with a craftsman 16"your in control every second with it and a perfect duel ! Super great pattern of the building and trees,I don't know what blades you used but you made minced meat outta that oak.

waited an hour for the doors to open ,downed a energy drink and jumped for joy at a chance to get on the net and run to scrollsawvillage and see whats new.Inks coming this week ,got to plan what to do first when it here.first i'll play catch -up here,lol
