  12. This is a pattern requested and completed by our famed pattern maker Birchbark. Not only did he do it ,he did it with a broken harddrive .Thank you Birchbark!.The customerFlew right over to pick it up when completed.I spent about 2-3 hours cutting with one spiral and a straight blade for the little floaters that needed to be glued in.I broke off the lip of the mom and added later but forgot to photo the completed project with it on.He was all smiles as are all the customers that get our scroll work.Great businese to be in!This was framed too but forgot to photo that too..So in a hurry to start scrolling again i mess up on needed photos.Thank you again Birchbark for coming through for me on this much needed memorabilia project of the recently deceased mom of the daughter.Perfect timing ! 13. SHAZAMM! ,Wish i'd had done this one! Super nice clean cut job .I'd love to know what kind of wood,& blades used and any need to know info, such as did the wood start to burn on turns ,speed used,This will make you the king of the roost for a while i'm sure ,when she gets this work of art.A real collectors piece.I keeping my eyes peeled now for wooden plates.Gotta do one .You are the master scroller of the day.Travis used to have a village paper and i was in it once. for a month.I miss that part of wiki. You'd have made it in there this month by my vote!~
  14. I may be brutal, but i have'nt to much time on my hands .Believe it or not i make aluminum trays out of aluminum foil.then i put my projects in for a bath by filling up the trays and lift out and touch up the drips on the bottom.Quick and fast and i drain what is left back in the can and throw away the foil.noproblems yet.The trays are higherthan the project and i slide it to the edge of the table and punch a hole in it to drain.Hope cave man approch!I use this method for clear, stain and sealer.
