    Thanks Jeff, i just can,t find rubber bands that are any good. Must be the same rubber car headliner is made out of they don't last either.CLAMPS,lol I,ve even wedged tension on some boards with wood . Any way long as it works in a pinch huh?

    Oh I made a mistake .they are cut offs from boards 111"long, I only had one these to try. I cut the 111"stick into 10" pieces and glued them togetherThe boss girl is made from10- 1/2"x10" long .

    Welcome friend!!! I use low number blades for thin wood and 7-9&12's for thicker woods.i like scroll reverse blades for less sanding.on my DeWalt saw I pretty much keep the speed on 7. Hope you become a regular here!!!
