    thanks ray. Every Dewalt i've had(12) getting the table back to zero and stayig there has been a nightmare, i even used a giant washer behind the knob which helps but still it wanders.Could be i'm tightning the knob way to tight? I see what you mean.

    I just put two different woods on top oof each other1/4" and cut them both at the same time .anyway I like the look

    thanks Bobscroll, You see now thattime has past i now see a great way of displaying it. I'm thinking raise everything off a backing board with 1/4'' or 1/8'' 3/4'' lenght dowels.
