    Learn by doing ,I went thru the school of hard knocks,lol.I'm always forgetting to check the wood before applying a pattern ,i never learn.

    Lots of voids in the hardwood plywood i used .Took more time filling than cutting the names.The dog bones had no voids.I used a #7 on the dog bones ,don't know why as it was too big for the job.Lazy me .the names need more paint.

    Interesting how you have 2 kinds of woods glued together .Makes for a smart looking mini bird house .Hope i remember this technique.

    My friend is a mobile photographer ,tired of weddings and goes within 500 miles to bicycle runs alot and pet stores to do shoots .He does real well .He was 2 picture frames short for 2 stores and wanted me to make what he designed in hard wood.I had just the wood from the maple TV tray stands someone thru out.Minimal cutting and no routing as they were just right for the project.He'll be sending these monday.He's going to add a picture frame to it himself.But didn't have time for what he had me do or the wood.

    I think i remember it took 12 hours of careful scrolling with a straight blade as in wanted it to look as clean as possible.It sold for $25 bucks.Nowhere close to what i wanted but it went to a godly man so no biggy.

    What saw are you using.?Chinese saws hammer the blade out from inferior up down action.this is especially true to worn out chinese saws,Dremel included.Don't touch the ends of the blade with your fingers as the oil on your skin will make the blade slip.
