    Now my doctor has increased my blood pressure pills from 10mg to 50mg because my bp has been on the rise for a while ,now it's 120 /80.He's just masking the problem ,tell me how to get of this junk but he won't.

    I was side tracked again away from the shop,doctors appointment,store and the usual pop in 's at the ware house complex so the big name order got put on hold it's 95% done and the dead line is the 15th.I ran across some folding T.V.tables on the side of the road.In an instant i knew they were old and particule board was not around then so i bee lined to it and loaded it up.very heavy or i'm getting older but i got it and yes it's maple.beautyful projects will be made from this.Also i did a quick name for a new girl at the doctors and suggested they make good long lasting low price Christmas gifts,so we will see what happens.

    I love scrolling way to much ,I have plenty of distractions like musical instruments etc but scrolling wins out every time

    I need to get out of this chair.10 years is a long time to sit in a chair scrolling all day ,it's ruined my good legs i think by cutting off the circulation just behind my knees where my chair seat ends
