I love good glue,Things i want stuck real good i use the oldest glues i have ,kind of yellowish and very sticky ,Dryes real fast .I keep this glue on my glueing press for projects i want glue good.
Cut some freehand puzzle pieces ,your design to see how you like it when putting them together.The bigger the blade the easyier to go together.Most important rule is make sure your blade is 90degrees to the table .Or else they won't go together or come apart
Here i thought i whipped this out pretty goo only to realize i'm only half way there.I use 7 big planks of aromatic cedar1.5" thick x16"x8".I'm learning to keep the wood standing straight in the table saw with the blade up as high as it will go.I set it for a 1/2" cut an it comes out almost 1/8" like i want so less time through the planner.Things were going to good and i forgot to keep track how much i cut .Now i have way too many pieces.
