  8. That's the ticket! Wait till my wood supplier i gave my scroll saw to sees this .He's a heavy equipment crane operator all his life retired. He's real interested in doing toys.I've sent him lots of links to them but this one will put him over the moon i bet .Nice job, Thanks so much for showing this gem,it's hot! :) :) :) :) :)

  10. That saw is wore out,Probable one i used to own.The problem i found out with my low cost scroll saws is the linking arm in the back of the saw. There's no access to lubrcate it and that where all the stress is on the machine.Go here and look for your machinehttp://www.toolpartsdirect.com/
  11. Welcome ,Fire away! :)All scroll saws we use have 5 " blades Most of us you pinnless blades too ,great for fret work with high detail projects.

  13. Fitting gift! :D :D :D
  14. Cool, My program says you cut 26' of lines, that's almost a telephone pole long! Looks great ! ;) ;) ;)
  15. Any blade tension not up to par is like having a hammer drill hold your blades in the chuck.Any looseness creates this effect.Worn outness of parts in the machine add to the hammer effect too.One of my bolts on the top front mechanism of the Dewalt is worn some to where i hear a clicking sound .I guess i'll take it out and wrap it with greased aluminum foil to take up the slack .I'll let you know how it works out. When it wears out enough i'll put a thicker bolt in or drill it bigger .But for now i just want to scroll.
