  3. I know the feeling,car repairs, my last one was $1300.

Karl ,that's a good idea as i wipe clean my patterns after removal when i finish cutting the at the saw.I try to do all steps and procedures right at the saw .getting up's not easy for me.I have 1 gallon of mixed thinners and a hose hanging off the saw to spray the finished cuttings to get the pattern off.
  5. I never learn. The customer (landlady) wants something ,but do i get all the pertinent info , No,So i suffer. You'd think she'd would offer it as much as i should ask for it so were both to blame but i suffer the most.She wanted a key holder for two just like the fancy letter "R" i made for her before.That was it besides the height and width.So i do it up in plain wood "blO" the base and letter at the same time beings there both different color woods.Then i text the finished project and she now wants it brite blue.Ok ,Stop the world i want to get off.I cant paint the letter blue with out getting it on the base so i paint the whole shebang blue and the letter white.What other choice do i have .It doesn't come apart..I text her the picture and she says what happened.Long story short i have to make ANOTHER one.Good grief charlie brown.lolI did try to paint the letter blue but with out the sides of the letter blue it will be a sore thumb in her prestige office.Back to 101

  7. Only two bearing need to be pressed out which i didn't do on mine. But i re-greased real good all the other ones by taking them out and palming the new grease in them.It made a world of difference as I'm sure you'll notice right off the bat when you fire her up! Good for you!I was curious to know if they were the same machine or not.You could do everybody concerned a big favor by taking ohm meter readings of the circuit board .This will help us determine weather to buy a motor or circuit board for our none working fuse blowing machine,Thanks!

  11. I like making clocks too. I'm probably selling to the wrong crowd as getting $25.00 a clock and in working neon they bulk at?The clocks themselves cost $25.00 and i got them for $10.00.I've got way over 2 hours disassemble patterning ,cutting ,reassembling,testing finishing details,etc.I did it for friends.Your clock looks great,nice job ,She be happy!Keep them coming. :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

  20. These really tickle me Elmo, I've no idea why but maybe because they are miniatures?   21. Well Mr. Gator ,You've killed two birds with one stone here with this invention. It doubles as a combination cat ,bird feeder being close to the ground .
  22. My light on the dw788 rubs on the speed switch and everytime i i put the blade thru another hole ,when the arm comes back down it speeds it up a hair.it does it so slight i don't even realize it till i try cutting thin wood an WHOA! ,got to slow it down now!
