Kelly your more gung hoo than i was getting started .Your love for scrolling has got you ad libing all different ways to acheive the same results of more conventional means.Be very careful if you want to dabble in intarsia.They will blow your mind at how beautiful they are and bring a hefty price too when sold.But in the mean time you can enjoy them and they will inspire you to do more and more.Your husband knew what he was getting when he found you, his "CAN DO GIRL "

  5. I'm impressed ! The first top left picture was on top of the stack and the one to the right of it was on the bottom of the stack it looks to me.Your scrolling skills are shooting thru the ceiling good.I'd love to know what wood and thickness and what blade you used to get quality cuts stacked so thick, also what speed the saw was on.Everything is right on and only the slightest devieation can be seen from top to bottom is almost unheard of.You've really masterd the technic of stack cutting i can assure you ! Very excellent job well done by a newbee scroller!!! :thumbs: :thumbs: Five stars for you :) :)

I had the free canopy years and years but never had the chance to use it ,and never opened it to see if it was useable.It needed wd-40 and opens up great,Very exspencive too from canada Now my wood stock can stay dry..And then the SAKRURA 14" THREE SPEED SCROLL SAW They wanted a 100 for it but gave it to me free from craigs list.Stand owners manal and all like brand new, Thank you JESUS !Belt driven and the belt is new $8.00.It takes pinned blades but you need a allen wrench to change them.Made in Xenia ohio, but the original ones in Japan.

I'm surrounded with my tools at an arms length away.once i get in the scrolling position i am happy as a bird with a french fry.I 'll sit there all day till i run out of something.I love mdf but the dust is too harmful so i avoid using it.You too are a real team! i thing another scroll saw is in order don't you thing ! Friendly competiton, dualing scroll saws.Soon you'll have to show us your saw dust pile your growing,lol Beautiful drill press Looks like it has all the bells and whistles on it!You really a mover band a shaker when it comes to getting things done,Bravo!!! :thumbs: :thumbs:

Welcome Sir, I too can't wait to see or hear about the tips and tricks your willing to share with us.This is going to be exciting I'm sure.You and i are almost neighbors here in ft,laud,florida!Best thing that ever happened to be was finding the folks here at scroll saw village.Here's where i learned all my scroll saw knowledge.I've made more friends here in 5 years than in my whole life!Glad you too found us.
  18. i would think scroll saws draw very little amps , like less than 3,That might be converted to around 2 to 5 watts maybe at 110 volts ,less if 220 volts.just guessing!

Terrific cutting quality, i'd be interested in the particulars of how it's all done ,such as ,blades used ,cutting by pulling or pushing,how many points the wood was clamped or secured,thickness of woods,Blade life and breakage,time it takes to go from hole to hole changing the blade.Do you remove the saw from the project to take a short break or let it hang,I know cutting coins buy hand they wax the blade offen, Do you hold the saw with two hands,
