    It looks Pretty Darn Impressive. I had tried it a few times. Didn't turn out to well.

    I use 1/16th, I had tried smaller. but had a little trouble getting my blade thru.

    I don't do it nearly as often as I use to, But I would use the real fine saw dust from my saw, and the wood glue, never measured it out, just put some om wax paper. Stirred it up until I got the thinness or thickness I wanted. Spread it on with my putty knife or finger, let dry and sanded.

    I usually just mix the sawdust of the type of wood I'm cutting with glue, label it. since I'm working with 1/4 wood now I don't do it as often.

    That brought back some memories from my youth, When we lived here in Tenn, back in the 70s I worked the sawmill in Crump Tn, I got to be fairly good with those log hooks. But I soon got a job on the Ohio River on a Barge Line.

    Well that's what this old yankee calls it. It is filler, sometimes I can't get the exact color of the wood so I use the sawdust of the wood I just cut. Most of the time it works pretty darn well.

    Sorry to hear about your troubles, I just a few day ago took my Delta apart for a good cleaning and oiling and greasing. So Far So Good

    Love the Little Bird House's, and the Animal puzzles. Awesome job!! The Swirl is Super Cool. I cut that one awhile back, One woman looked at it, said it made her dizzy. Reminded her of a tornado, But I did sell it.

    I have heard both sides. I have had a Craftsman. Porter Cable and now a Delta, I have never had a problem with any of my tables.

    I agree, I have noticed the same, I may not have been on here as often as I have in the past,(Health Reasons).But I am never far away from The Village. I have learned so much here. This is an Awesome Place.
