Hi Wendy,welcome back to the village i note from your last post you mentioned that you have made a rack for your Grandaughter to display her karata belts.I have a Grandson in the U S A which has three belts for Karata and i would like to make him a belt rack but i am not sure of the type of design which would be suitable would you be good enough to advise.

Hi doc, yes i like the look of the proxxon but only the large model. Have a look on Ebay call up fret saw or scroll saw heading there is a Axminster up for grabs a return Model to Axminster power tools, worth looking at if it keeps your cost down.

Hi there, welcome to SSV. Yes you are correct we do lack scroll saw clubs in the U K and the Bristol area is no better. Regards to up grading your scroll saw i have always used the Axminster scroll saw it is similar to the Hegner but less costly [ AWFS 18 model ] .
