  1. Hi ibcallus and welcome to the village. You will find a number of us here from the UK. It is an extremely sociable forum with loads of help and support from some great scrollers and pattern designers.Don't be afraid to ask questions no matter how silly they seem at the time. We have a slot on the chat at 9pm our time on a Thursday where you will be made most welcome.
  2. My most useful tool has to be my Swiss Army Champ XLT knife,I have managed to use all 50 functions at one time or another. Its like having a tool box on your belt.
  3. This is my first attempt at a scrolled picture,I only took up scrolling a month ago. The wonderful pattern was done for me by joleet. It is cut from 3mm birch plywood and backed with picture framers mountboard.
  4. Hi all, just popped in to say hello. I am recently retired and new to scrolling. I initially got the saw (SIP 16") with a view to cutting copper blanks for enamelling as I also enjoy making jewellery. I have tried a couple of jigsaw puzzles and small signs and am currently experimenting with the copper. Found this site and am well impressed and hope to add some pics later. For all the English folk on here I can highly recommend Mikes FD blades, his blades are superb and his service is first class. http://www.mikesworkshop.com/
