  4. Finished this piece up today after the problem i had with my saw a few days ago for my own collection. It's made from 3/4" plywood 16" long.not the best job by no means the pattern i had was so pixelated it was hard to pick out the details of it.won't be trying another with that pattern.
  5. Those look nice Jim as for the candles you can get battery powered candles fairly cheap in dollar stores or walmart they work great for those sort of projects. We have a local cancer relay for life and people can purchase bags with candles in them to be placed around the track.

  11. got at the saw today it worked like s charm Len i also found a piece of Teflon of the same thickness so i made a spare lever as well just to keep on hand. Thanks again for the tip greatly appreciated

  19. Ok thanks guys that was my next option to try the lever.
  20. Anyone here on the forum have an Excalibur scrollsaw that can help.mine keeps popping the tension lever.it seem smaller the blade the worst it is.run out of oppositions or what to do about it i check the upper arm that seems to be good.would it be that the bearings in the rockers be causing this problem?any help be greatly appreciated.i live by the alantic ocean soon going to give it a burial at sea and get another scrollsaw any Recommendations on what to get that will last more then 4 years
