    Size of box is 10” x 4” and 2 ¾” high. Wood used is Poplar, Alowood, Butternut,Walnut and (unknown) veneer. Finished with polyurethane.

    Hi Dave. I smooth the inside to 220.

    Hi Don. For the face I don't straight cut and glue back. Using a #77 drill bit I drill a starter hole bottom center and cut with a # 2 blade so your wondering is right. The end result is cleaner and stronger. The beautiful work you do your granddaughters will treaure them for years.
