Mine was doing that and I had to run at #5. I usually run at that speed but every once in a while I need a high speed so I took off the side and looked . Nothing was ok so I put it back together and the vibration stopped, so I think that one of the nuts was a little loose or tight. You could adjust that with out taking the side off.do not tighten too tight

I have a Blade runner. I got because I cut my thumb off with a table saw( I had a stupid day that day} They I use to cut my lumber to size. You can buy a scroll saw cheaper than that HD has one for about $125 that will get you started then before long you will want something better, but it is a start. IKE -
I Don't are too much for spry glue. I use Scotch brand painters tape as stated by Larry and I use stick blue spared on the tape and the pattern pressed on to it . I use a wallpapers roller to make sure the pattern is attached properly. I can do this while I am watching TV at night. but to each his own, IKE

I like to charge by the hour . I pick $20 per. hour. If I make something that will bring under $15 per. hour I don't make any more. Of curse this depends on the area you are in.

When cutting Portraits I use oak Plywood I just like the grain Feature . I use oak when it calls for 1/4 thickness if I use plywood sometimes I use walnut or oak solid woods. For others I prefer 1/2 inch wood is my preference. IKE

that is some jigsaw puzzle, excellent job.I always wanted to hike the trail but never got to is I did hike parts of it in my younger day but never did get to take a long trip on it..Lots of luck and be safe. IKE
