As I said before spray a light coat of m45 spray glue on the board when you are done cutting take a damp rag with meneral spirits wipe the paper in a fuew seconds the paper will peal off some times falling off. i then take the same rag and wipi across the wood and remove all the glue. galon of meneral spirits will last about 2 years. no sweat to it. IKE

I see all these post and the problems they have. I spray the 3m45 glue to the board ( a light coat not a heavy one ) then place the pattern on the board. I have never had the pattern come loose. Then when I want to remove the pattern I Dampin a ddrag with meneral sperits rub the pattern let it set for a couple of minuts and the pattern peels right off almost falls off. this leaves a slight amount of glue on the board wipe it off with a rag weted lwith meneral spirits wipe the board. e=feel it for glue and let it dry for a hour or so and It is done ready for the final sanding. A galon of meneral spirits useally last about 2 years IKE

tHERE WAS A BAR DOWN BY THE RIVER THAT HAD A MONKEY iT SMOKED , DRANK AND MADE THOSE GESTURES AT YOU. HE FINALLY DIED PROBLE FROM LUNG CANCER. THE BAR IS STILL THERE BUT THE MONKEY IS NOT. ike

I had blade slipping on my ex20 so I changed to the pegas clamps . the best $100 spent . no slipping, I use Olson match blades and don't even have to sand the ends. IKE

I don't have problems with the fuzzies I have a rottery sander and go over the cutting and it takes care of the fuzzies except for the very edges and I use a sanding mop lthere. IKE

wee had 2 4" snowes back to back last month and that was more than enough for me. IKE

When I had my delta and dewalt saws I had problems with the blade alinement. I used a michinist square ( 2"). to aline my blades both saws the table was a pain to aline. My excalaber is real simple. when you tighten the table after alining the blade it sometimes doesnd't stay true. IKE
