  3. Cut the letters out with a 7 or 9 blade and sand edges so they drop in and attach a backing board so they can be tipped out, otherwise you will need to drill and peg every letter. Roly

  10. I use a standard nail sander stick and cut to size buy them from the pound shop all different sizes in one pack and if it's to thin I have a surgical knife.and an electric toothbrush with the bristles cut off and a piece of sand paper glued on Roly

  14. Very good Ron, did you buy or make the axle pegs and wheels?. Treatment I would use is bees wax brings the grain out non toxic. I make my own from baby oil and I grate a lump of bees wax I have heated in a old bean can in a saucepan full of water heated up, then pour it into container to set. Roly
