  1. Good work Dave I made one similar but it was in a table top where the child keep his/her pens/crayons and paper and every time they opened the lid they had to put it back together. Keep them busy Roly

  3. Lemon oil, spray lacquer and bee wax mixed with baby oil. Not all at the same time mind you. Roly
  4. Here's a pic of the doggy crisp bag clips I make and believe me once you start making these you won't stop do you know how many breeds of dogs are out there. Roly Forgot to say they are 3" high 1.500" wide and 1/4 thick in red oak and they stand up, oh and the size is when they are on there hind legs so in fact they are 3" long 1.500" high .

  6. I always find when you buy a case of different size forstner bits you can guarantee it's not the size you want. I just go to ebay and buy the size I want cheap enough sometimes I cut on the scrollsaw inside the line and use the orbital sander to correct if required. Roly

  8. The only reason I use 1/8 is to stack cut otherwise I use 1/4 all the time with no glass in bought frames. Roly

Yes Ed spoke to Gayle today via email and the site is down at the moment and she's trying to sort something out and will let me know when it's back up but having trouble contacting EXCOBOARD people who she uses for the forum.
