    Here's the link to force download windows 10 if you can't wait http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install I've downloaded on three laptops now and I have to say with shock in my heart I'm impressed with it as I really expected loads of issues and updates to find it was quite painless. Of course anyone with not hardrive space, no ram memory, virus ridden computers my have a different answer. BEST OF LUCK! Roly

    Believe me Jim I have the EX 21 and sometimes wish I had the 30 and have to use the dreaded spiral blade because it's to big,so yes given the chance for that price I'd snap up the 30. Roly
