  1. Thanks Ray.. I also made the pattern but I am so new to pattern making that the one I made it not the one I want to cut for the order Dick heppnerguy
  2. nice one.. I like this one because it is rather simplistic in nature but very nice to look at Dick heppnerguy
  3. It's old mister pain in the rear, here again with another request for help. A year or so ago, someone put in a request for a pattern to be made. It was a friend's 1938 Dodge pickup. I loved it and downloaded the photo of the pattern that was made for him. The problem is...... it was on my external hard drive and when I looked it up, it showed the pattern, when I attempted to open it, it came up black on my screen. Then the saved one on my hard drive did the same thing.. I have a request to make a plaque of it and I can not locate it. It apparently did not make it onto the pattern library so I am in hopes that someone else may have either cut the pattern and has a copy of it or someone might be able to direct me to it.. 5. One more inspiring piece from your work shop in the basement.. Nothing but great work ever comes out of there.. Dick heppnerguy
  6. Nice clock. I love the pieces that is about our Lord. It is a beautiful piece.. Not to be critical but I agree with Len about the clock being a distraction from your work here. Thanks for posting as I really enjoy the good job you did on it Dick heppnerguy
  7. Nice work on the inlay and designing of the piece. Sure is nice to have so many people here in the village that is willing to lend a helping hand when needed. I, personally am glad your wife asked you to make this for her, as now you have tried something new and pushed your own envelop just a little. I wonder what this will inspire you to do in the future.. Thanks for posting this great little box Dick heppnerguy
  8. Looking great... I really like the font you used on this Dick heppnerguy
  9. Nicely done.. I still need to cut a couple of these. There are so many good patterns out there and so little time to cut them all. that will never happen though.. Thanks for posting your work. Enjoyed looking at it Dick heppnerguy
  10. That is a great pattern.. I to have looked at it but never felt an urge to cut it. You may have changed my mind. Nicely done. Dick heppnerguy
  11. I was hoping someone would cut this piece. I saw it on Steve's page and thought it might be a fun one to mess with. It sure turned out nice. Like the staining on the backer board. A perfect Idea for it Dick heppnerguy
  12. That will put some shine in your neighbor's eyes for sure. What a great piece for him to receive. Looks great Dick heppnerguy
  13. Jim. You never seem to run out of ideas. Once more you opened everyone's mouths in awh. I can not imagine how you can cut the different inlays so that they are able to blend as one. Just one contrasting kind of wood in an inlay is difficult enough but several different ones at the same time??? Blows me away Dick heppnerguy
  14. I sent you a PM on this question Dick heppnerguy
  15. Go for it Jeff. Now that I have rattled your cage and brought it back to mind. I will be waiting to see it Dick heppnerguy
  16. What was I thinking? It would have been much better if I had used my 3/0 spiral. Much less fuzzies too. I guess it has been too long since I had used the spirals; Dick heppnerguy
  17. Thanks for making such a wonderful pattern.. I am sorry I did not do it justice but I will cut it again sometime in the future and I think I can make you proud with the next one. Dick heppnerguy
  18. You will have to download it and put it in your files until you are ready to take it on. The pattern is in our pattern library here Dick heppnerguy
  19. It is cut on an 8 X ii.5 inch.. the frame is rather large but it is for that size. I bought it at a garage sale and decided that since I was making it for myself, I would use the frame. I have to agree that it does make it look like a smaller size then it is Dick heppnerguy
  20. Nice and different project..New ideas is one of the things I like best about this web site. good one, Wayne Dick heppnerguy
  21. First time for me to hear of a noodle board.. when I saw 'noodle board' as a project, I was expecting to see a rolling pin, if you get my drift. Dick heppnerguy
  22. The wood sure was the best choice for this nice piece. I love the way the wood texture became the base ground. Looks like a nice piece to cut yours sure turned out nice Dick heppnerguy
  23. Someone will enjoy this one for some time to come.. Probably have it with a nice plant in the pot, sitting in a sunny place to enjoy a summer long Dick heppnerguy
  24. Thank you all for the encouragement. It is often given too generously, but it is a wonderful pattern and wish I could have done a better job on it. Every once in awhile one cuts something for themselves and luckily that was the case on this one. Dick heppnerguy
