    I had AI make a song about here rodeo riding in competition and found that really fun. Sent it to her mother. It is so much fun watching the little ones riding so well when still so young Dick heppnerguy

    I have such a difficult time caring on with the things I want to master, as you are most likely aware of, knowing me a little now. I am giving my efforts to the project I really want to color but not destroy. It could turn into a disaster but my patience is growing thin Dick heppnerguy

    When I saw this pattern I thought about cutting it too. We have several people in our family that are really big into horses and have several each. I thought about cutting them with about three times the thickness of the ones you just displayed and rounding they out and shaping them but I never found the time so I finally just gave up on that idea. Yours looks really nice and I like how you did your base board with the different color woods. That puts a lot of added eye appeal to it too Dick heppnerguy

    I am in the process of colorizing my work as well. I am using the same kind of paint as you are. It is a fun addition that I am messing with too. I have a very challenging project and I do not want to mess it up with a poor paint job so i am coloring some of my other finished items for practice. Dick heppnerguy

    As I am sure you know, I am a great fan of your patterns. This is no exception as all of your patterns have the challenges that I enjoy taking on. I am trying to learn about colorizing my work because i want to paint your eagle pattern that I cut and I do not wish to mess it up with a poor colorizing. I will hold my breath through the entire job when I get enough courage to give it a shot. Dick heppnerguy

    I was watching his posts ever since he went to the hospital. Indeed he is probably the best known pattern makers and helper of new and older scrollers. I have been supporting him since I started scrolling in 2008. When I sold sold a couple of items made from his patterns I would send him a $20 thank you note. He will be missed a lot. Dick heppnerguy

    When I saw this post today, I could not believe my eyes. I made that pattern of my granddaughter 5 years ago and even forgot that I did that. She is now 5 years old and riding competition in rodeos with barrel racing and some kind of stakes where she rides in and out of them and back. I can't believe how she can do that so well at her young age. Dick heppnerguy

    So sorry to hear of all the pains you are now suffering with. I am one lucky guy who is almost 85 years old with absolutely no major problems, health wise. You must have been working way to hard for your body to handle. I will pray for you. Dick heppnerguy
