1/4" BBply . Haven't put any finish on it yet - just off the saw. Used # 1 blade and # 2 spiral. Haven't made up my mind on a backer yet. Have two possibles here. What do you think?

I had a crappy day too so you have company. $400 car repair - big rain and water in the basement - more rain to come later tonight. It should have rained out west not here. Life goes on and the sun will come up in the morning.

One nice set=up you have there. I have the same saw and am happy with it so far. Sure would like a magnifying light like I see you have.

Got the idea from FALCON but thought I wasn't up to the small letters so I made up this pattern. 1/2" cedar 8" X 5 1/2" ( Scrap from a fence given to me) . No finish or backer yet.

Very good cutting, I did one out of cherry awhile back. Now do the butterfly one on Steve's site.
