Ron and Len , thanks for the kind words.....I started out with a light green backer , a bright yellow, and even black, before going with Meadow green.

This was an original paper cutting by Sarah Trumbauer,,,I think it lends itself to the scroll saw very well...cut this for my grand daughter from 3/8 BB on a 1/4 BB backer painted green..used 3/0 and 2/0 FD new spiral blades...Minwax natural stain and rattle can paint...I like it a lot...comments welcome.
