    Cheap generic Rexon - not sure of the model - but it has adjustable speed!
  • Project Types:
    Mainly wooden orreries, very small fret work lockets, and the occasional automata, but it's the orreries and gear cutting that I love the most.

    Anything wooden and mechanical, mountain biking, surfing (now very occasionally), sci-fy films, playing guitar and mandolin (not always at the same time), and of course my family!

    Mainly pen and paper.

    '507 Mechanical Movements' - over 100 years old, still in print, and invaluable!

    Currently enjoying 'Gotham', but tv is a rare treat to be honest.

    Hmm, despite the films I normally watch, the new 'Walter Mitty' is brilliant.

    I spent 12 years seeing the world as an RAF armourer.

    I doff my cap in your general direction sir. That is a truly beautiful job of work. I trust that it is being put to good use and actually enjoyed by a very happy owner. I don't envy the dusting though... keep up the great and inspirational work. :-)
