  1. Glad to have you here. You should be great at scrolling with your experience. Can't wait to see what you make.
  2. Thanks Len. I used a free program called Rapid Resizer that has a part called Picture Stencil Maker that turns the picture into line art. I then transferred that into Inkscape so I could eliminate all the "islands" and unnecessary lines. Larry B

  20. Good luck on finding an after-market pivot end that will fit the craftsman. That's why I polished the end of the bolt as much as I could so it wouldn't distort the blade too much. Kind of a compromise I guess. Life's like that-full of compromises. lol

  22. Looks good. Will it be hung outside? If so what finish did you use on what kind of wood? Some of my whirligigs have suffered from the weather.
