  19. Hey Dick. That is really cool. I saw that on Steve's site a few days back and reminded me of a guy I did shows with. He would have a ball with the kids with this. He would fail to tell them that the belt needs to be centered to balance well. We would laugh at the kids and some parents trying it until he gave away the secret. They are great to attract attention to your booth and cheap enough to give away to the kids.
  20. I agree I have used glued up stock many times with no problems. I always glue up wide thins. I only have a 6" re saw capacity so instead of grinding down a 1" wide board with the planer I will re saw a 6" and glue it up when I need wide width thins.
