    I ordered many times from them always fully satisfied and if some items are not up to par, they will sent you a replacement. We have a store here in Canada that sell lot’s of specialty hardwood and even with 40% exchange on the dollar, it was cheaper to order from Ocooch, plus I received more wood because if you order 8” wide you get 8” here you get 7 3/4
