    the are made from old 2 x4 's for body 3/4 top 2" bottom for the bigger one smaller is judgement call.do usally make in sets of there each being about 1 1/2 shorter than the bigger one .Wings are cut fro Baltic birch 1/8" ply Drill hole in neck and place head on dowel slip in hole.Stain to your choice and glue and brad nail wings on back something for xmas is done

    so far it has been very good place to hang my hat and let the saw rest lol It only runs about 6 hours a day . Feed that rat little corn from the Husker state and he can do wonders.

    thanks all It is just a hobby that has gotten out of control. As for the saw it is a delta 20" pro. got it before delta sold out to Black and decker. Once again thanks to all for the comments

    Started scrolling when son went to Desert Storm. Than I stopped till Health retirement in 98 went crazy for 60 days.Picked it back uip in 98 and been at it every since. Cut corian, Card stock.Plastic,wood. Glad to be here and hope to be able to help and I know I ll need to learn more (73 old dog)

    Cut these and hand them out to Vets at local clinic.Cut from poster board white than painted red and blue. The gold one is special paper that a friend gave me . It is like contact paper tear off backing and lay on poster board.
