Taken from cal glued to board and cut with FD puzzle blade .Both puzzles on one board flip over new one shows up Guess I should not have tried this but had to learn . __ Temp - Picture- wood -picture- and cover sheet next to saw table. Still think it is good idea but looks are not that great ( not happy bout that ) Comments welcome and thanks for the look Jerry
  2. Started 1991 with a 16 inch Delta Run the saw every day and now have Delta pro 20 it runs evey day for about 6 hours .Heated garage car goes out saw goes on. Have over 50,000 patterns and over 5,ooo over lays for over head projector. Make things from 1/2 tall to 40" tall (turn blade and run backwards for 40") Mostly use Baltic Birch as place I retired from gave me 3/8 and 5/8 " scrap which was nice Have some still left and it will still be here when I am down under the dirt.(74 COPD with bad heart ) Have to take it as it comes and only one knows the answer to that so I ll just keep on making dust Jerry
  3. Picture came from a calendar.Cut with puzzle blades FD puzzle blade. Baltic Birch Ply. Glued to wood with Elmers spray glue.122 Pcs. after cut out I did spray with a clear coat to give it that shinny look Thanks for looking and comments welcome Jerry

  7. glue pic to wood and tape tissue paper with a jig saw template over the pic. Cut out and bingo it is done. Sometimes I than will seal with clear coat And I use Picture Paper from Kodak. I do like your puzzle

    Puzzle is 8" x 11" has 88 pcs. and was cut with FD puzzle blade. 1/4 thick What I did was take picture from calendar glued to 1/4" wood cut out with templet I found on net. I have made about 20 so far and the retire homes love them. Thanks for looking and comments welcome.

  12. all is 3/8" thick cut either with # 7 or # 9 Painted with enamel spray from ace and glitter with krylonPasttern came from ssc I want to thank them fot them not sure of who made them sorry ( Bucket List) Commentd welcome and Thank you for looking. someone was thinking you couldn' t paint Corian. and it can stand the heat as long as not glued down

  14. When it snows you have to havw snowmen SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO cut from poster board with # 3 FD blade. Glued magnet on back painted at you desire sprayed with Glitter spray . Some for the tree and some for the refrig. Thanks for looking and comments welcome Jerry

  21. get mine at Hardwood haven in Lincoln Nebraska sells all hard wood and hard wood only Baltic birch ply Zebra Purple Heart red oak white oak ,walnut etc. very nice shop and huge selection of hardwoods Jerry

  23. Cu with scrap bbp and used FD 2 blade. The base is walnut Stands about 6" tall and 4" cross Pattern was 3" and I enlarged it for a lady that wants 20 for next year comments welcome and thanks for looking Merry Christmas All Jerry
  24. cut with scrap bbp 1/8" painted white left in the dryer to long and this is the results. Guess they will just have to set under the tree. thanks for looking and comments welcome Jerry
  25. Best carft shows I have had is the CAR. I have several things for the season in it at all times plus several puzzles for little kids as ice breakers. You would be surprised how well that works. Just for show a paper cut out at the VA Clinic got me little over $ 600. 00 is sales,and more to come. remember carry pictures also they help . Jerry
