  1. Cleaning out some corners and finding things partly done. Deer is painted to pattern (sorry don t have and idea) nose is drilled out to hold music button .Push the red nose and this one plays "Jingle Bells" some I have play different music ( your Choice)It is about 10 " wide and maybe 11-12 long. ,not counting the saying.     Walnut backing about 10 x 12" x3/4 Wording is cut from Baltic Birch ply .Backing is stained in walnut and than the whole thing is clear coated,Slotted the back board so is sit flesh on the wall Used 1/4 round router bit on back board edges(not Deep) Thanks for looking and comments welcome Jerry

  16. Neighbors boy was killed in August on a Harley, So I made this for him as he seen me make another for a friend. Both of them was a gift Backing is 3/8 Corian painted Letters are 1/8" white plastic sheeting that I hand on hand. size is 10x 11 "
  17. Rabbit,Tulip,Deer,all are 1/2 tall 1/4 deep and about 1/4 -1/8th wide. When boring sets in I see how small I can cut..These were cut with # 2 blade (FD) hand painted.So enjoy Bambi,Thumper. and their flower.Oh by the way I still have ten fingers(LOL) Thanks for comments and thanks for looking Jerry PS that is a dime they are standing beside.

Backing board for 25 paper cuts.Fits a 10 x 11 frame given to a special MARINE.Paper used was poster board white sprayed with glitter spray Used a # 3 fd blade flat never have used spiral buy one time hated them So now just use flat no pin blades. Thanks for all comments good or bad. Catch up later for now it is feed the rat and start him cutting.

    Corian

    I don't make boxes,however found that some patterns have fret work tops.Take them enlarge to size needed and have them made into a trivet or wall hanger.Using a FD # 9 blade (Corian is 3/8 thick) cur out the pattern. NO DISHWASHER however a hot plate they can handle. To get the Corian check with a counter making shop Corian here sells for .35 a square inch. I have right now a endless supply (lucky) I have painted some of these that are used as wall hangers.Painted with enamel spray and that clear coat even have done a few with glitter spray Thanks for any comments Love this site
