  1. I'll just let you and Roly fight it out then come in with the winning picture lol. Keefie
  2. That's a very nice workshop, well laid out. One question though, How do you keep it so clean and tidy?? Keefie
  3. Sully, in all seriousness, I know you have poisonous snakes there, If I had been there at the time I would probably have run over your wife before you got that far (even with only one good leg lol) It's just our Brit way of having fun, if something scares us (or anyone) you either sit there shaking in your boots or make fun of it - I prefer the latter. (hope you didn't take offense) Keefie.
  4. great work Kevin, love the heart cross. Keefie
  5. ChelCass, It wasn'y a copperhead, I think it was a new breed of snake the "Lilsullychaser" Sorry Sully - I couldn't resist lol Keefie.
  6. Roly, his suspension collapsed running from that little snake, but the cars suspension is ok lol. Keefie

That looks fantastic, did you cut it with spirals or straight blades? Keith.
  9. Beautiful work Marg, but what did you do for the other 6 days?? Keefie
  10. AWESOME is the only word I can think of, nice clean cuts on all of them. Very nice work Keefie.
  11. Me too Marvin , thats a nice load of lumber Sully. But Bob, It'll take a LOT more than that to keep Sully out of mischief
  12. It's a great feeling to be asked to display your work like that. When you do a craft fair, you are showing off your work to prospective customers and the good comments are nice to hear, but it's a totally different feeling when you get asked to display your work, that means someone has seen it and likes it enough to want to put it on display. there is no better feeling than that (apart from the one you get from knowing your wife/girlfriend totally loves you - if I didn't add that she would kill me lol) Congratulations on one very fine display. Keefie.
  13. Well Barb, (I assume thats short for Barbara) I agree with Bob, That was the best intro I have read in any of the forums. Sorry for your break in and loss of tools, but the most important thing was you were not hurt in the robbery. You didn't let it get you down and replaced your saw(with the Rolls Royce of saws) and replaced other tools too. You have a very nice workshop, and it's laid out great inside, and one advantage is that in cold weather you can start the engine and turn on the heat. I'd like to give you a big welcome to the forum from Cornwall in the U.K. and I look forward to seeing some of your work. Keefie
  14. The pattern is "RE515 Angel with dove" by Sue May, but I reduced the size to 4 1/2" high to make them suitable for tree decorations, I have also used this size of angel to make my own Christmas cards. I did stack cut them, but only three at a time as I found it was easier and didn't burn the tiny cuts in the wings. Keefie
  15. Just made another batch of angels, they are just 4 1/2" high and made from 3mm birch ply. all comments welcomed. Keefie.
  16. Roly, how high did you want to go??? with this I could make you go very high !!!!!
  17. looks great Frank, very nicely done. Keith
  18. There is only one word I can think of to describe it - AWESOME. That's one very nice piece of work. I also would like to know where you got the pattern from? Keefie
  19. Travis, I'd just like to say thanks for welcoming us all into our new home / family. It's a great forum with fantastic members. Keefie.
  20. Lil bit too far for me Huntter lol, Keefie
  21. Count me in, I just sent Travis my donation through PP so he should get it when he wakes up lol. Keefie
  22. Very nicly cut, looks great. 24" x 24" left over plywood??? - sometimes that is the only size I gan get hold of decent plywood!!!
  23. Two mighty fine looking canes you have made there. Keefie
  24. Great looking project, and nice cutting too. I bet you really enjoyed cutting it with your new machine. Geed blades and a good maching can make a world of difference to your cuts. Keith
  25. We have quite a bit of sun here Marg, but as dad says "the sun always shines on the Righteous" Judy, if ever you and your family made it over the big pond then there is always a big welcome here for you, same goes to anyone here who makes it to Cornwall, call in for a tea / coffee and a chinwag. Keefie
