Hi Richie, Welcome to the village. If ever you're in the Newquay area of Cornwall call in the kettle is always on and you will always get a warm welcome.
Keith.
I'd just like to be the first to wish all my American friends here a very Happy 4th July
(I know it's a few hours away yet, but it's almost 11pm here and i'm off to get some sleep)
Y'all have a great time and party like mad, but save me some of your Southern Comfort (if anyone's drinking it lol. )
Keefie
Great looking pieces, there isn't anything wrong with starting early for Christmas (I have a "Santa" on the go right now). We even had a demonstration last night at the Woodturning Club on how to turn christmas decorations.
Keith.
Welcome back to the Village, I'm Keith from Cornwall. After 10 years of scrolling and you are now finishing the most difficult piece yet, I can't wait to see it - I bet it will be impressive.
Keith.
Very nice Kevin, you must cut really fast to have done it in 45 minutes, that would have probably taken me all day lol, but then I do have to stop every 15 - 20 mins to walk around and move my duff leg to stop it siezing
Well I said on the introduction page that I would post some of my work (when I worked out how lol) so hopefully here it is. It's all made with 4mm birch ply with a coloured card for a backer. Hope you like it, all comments welcomed (good or bad as the only way to learn is if mistakes are pointed out)
Keith
Hi everyone. I'm Keith from Cornwall in the U.K. Although I have been a member here since Oct 2012, I haven't been active here more like a visitor. I was also a member of Free4All where I did spend a lot of my time. I'm now looking forward to spending a lot more of my time here (learning to navigate aroung the site as I'm not very computer literate) and making new friends (and meeting up with old one's too - that wasn't a dig at your age Roly lol)
When I work out how, I'll post some pictures of my work to let you see it and give me your opinions.
Keefie.
