  1. That is way cute. What is the source for the pattern?
  2. I also taught some classes at ArtCrafters, but on a one-on-one basis. I use John A Nelson's book Scroll Saw Workbook. I find going through lesson by lesson very helpful.
  3. Oh my, who would have thought. You are amazing.
  4. As a top feeder since I started scrolling, I just could not get used to bottom feeding.
  5. Some minor drift, but don't tell anyone and they won't notice.
  6. A year is a long time to get used to the saw, but I am pleased that it now works for you.
  7. Mighty fine and terrific shaping!
  8. Mighty fine.
  9. You might consider the Pegas #2/0 Metal Cutting Blades. They are 0.0102" thick x 0.0205" wide x 56.0 tpi. I have them in stock. The price is $40.32 per 12 dozen/pack. I also have smaller packs.
  10. Hi Ralph. Under which category is it listed?
  11. Welcome to the Village forum from Tennessee
  12. I just looked them up and the price is $49.95. They sometimes are on sale.
  13. I notch on the end is a function of manufacturing and does not indicate up or down.
  14. As Paul said, I also use the Mac Mop on almost every project. It comes in several different grits. Completely assembled for around $40.
  15. Thanks Marg. I should get a closeup of the little birds!
  16. I suggest checking with Ray at Seyco. He sold EX21s and no, also Pegas. He should be able to help.
  17. The Gnome is way cut, Don.
  18. Oh, my, Dave. Those boxes are works of art.
  19. Thanks RJ. The baskets are given to people with health issues. I call them Blessing Baskets.
  20. Alex Fox Basket #C30 Modified. I only cut 7 of the 13 rings making it wider at the base. I used 1/4" Hard Maple 8"square. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #1 MGT Blades. After sanding a ring, glue each ring and let dry. One coat spray Shellac, light sanding with a Mac Mop, and another coat with spray Lacquer Clear Gloss. Comments welcome.
  21. Thanks everyone for the kind comments

  23. Been there done that, Barb, on one of my first ones. I didn't even try to save it.
