  1. Wedding Rings pattern designer unknown. I used 1/2" solid Hard Maple. The object is 6" high x 6 1/2" wide. Cut on the Pegas scroll saw using Pegas #1 and #3 MGT blades. The #1 for the letters and numbers. After sanding, one coat spray Shellac and one coat spray Lacquer Clear Satin. Comments welcome.

  4. An Alex Fox Basket pattern C42. I used 1/4" Mahogany 8"square. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #3 MGT blades. Lightly sand each ring with a Mac Mop, glue each ring, one coat spray Shellac, another light sanding, and a final coat of spray Lacquer Clear Gloss. Comments welcome.

  9. Hi Barb. I wanted to see if something between #3 and #5 would work. I use #3 for a tight fit and #5 for a looser fit.
  10. Longhorn Puzzle. First a short story. Here in East Tennessee, there are many cattle farms, but no Longhorns. On the way to church, there is a farm with Longhorns. They are magnificent animals. What a joy. The pattern is by Harvey Blyer. I used 3/4" Poplar 6" x 10". Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #3 MGT Blades. Next time I might use a Pegas #4 Super Skip Blade. After a light sanding with a Mac Mop, dipped in diluted Shellac, and another light sanding. Comments welcome.
