  6. When the backer is the same as the pattern, I cut the interior cuts of the pattern, glue it onto the backer, then cut the perimeter.

  13. Four Layered Wildlife Ornaments patterns by Keith Fenton and found in the current issue of SWWC. I modified the pattern by adding a third layer to the back. Of course, stack cut. I used 1/8" Baltic Birch plywood. Cut on the Pegas Scroll Saw using Pegas #0 Super Skip blades. After sanding with a Mac Mop, dipped in diluted Shellac, another light sanding, and a final coat of spray Lacquer Clear Satin. Comments welcome.

  15. I use Pegas Super Skip blades for all mu compound cutting including some very hard woods. I use mostly #6.
