  6. Yup, was a balmy -26 for a high today. Lot better than last week with -39 and wind chills down to -45 and -50. Jeff
  7. Good day in the shop. Couple of quick ones after the "Sleigh Ride". My sister's 40th wedding anniversary is this year so thought I would get this one out of the way early. Saw the pattern on Sheila Landry's site and Keith did it up for me. 7 X 16 on more reclaimed laminated maple 3/8ths thick. The "Doctor and Doll" is from a Norman Rockwell painting and I cut it for Dad's Doctor. Kenny Hopkins did the pattern for me. 11 X 14 on 1/8th BB ply. Jeff
  8. That is a keeper, she will love it. Jeff
  9. Beautiful cutting on a super pattern. I know what you mean, terrible when something you enjoy doing becomes a chore. A few years ago at Christmas I got so many orders that between work and cutting had no time for myself. Jeff
  10. That is an awesome piece (or pieces) Paul. Can't help with any ideas as to what to do with it now that it is finished, but will look great where ever it ends up. Jeff
  11. Great cutting on all. Jeff
  12. Too cold here for a sleigh ride, wind chill between -40 and -50 C all week. Charles Hand pattern 11 X 14 stack cut 1/4 and 1/8 BB ply. Used Sawbird 2/0 spiral and #3 ultra reverse. Jeff
  13. Awesome job! Jeff
  14. I agree with rj and Paul, when I see you post, I never know what to expect and am always surprised. Another beautiful piece Dave. Jeff
  15. Awesome job Denny, looks great. Jeff
  16. Have posted this one is Bragging Rights before I saw the new challenge. Another Aniki Lykke Sorenson pattern. Just love the way she captured the interest in the cat's eyes and had to cut it. Jeff

  18. Congrats Kevin, well done and well deserved. Jeff
  19. Here is her site: anikiscrollsawartist.simplesite.com, could not cut and paste (darn computer lol). Have cut six of hers so far, and have three more to do. Really enjoy her patterns. Jeff
  20. Very nicely done Melanie. I have quite a few of Keith's patterns and always enjoy them. Lettering is not my favourite cutting, but the results are always pleasing. Jeff
  21. "What Do I See" is another Aniki Lykke Sorenson pattern, 11 X 14, 1/8 and 1/4 inch BB ply. The blessing one is by @don in brooklin onthat @Scrappilerequested, liked it. Jeff
  22. As always Paul, the work you do blows me away. Amazing job! Glad you have your eyes back. Jeff
