  3. Finally finished. Jim Blume pattern on 3/8 willow live edge, ripped in half and bookmarked. Double stack with 1/8 BB ply 1445 cuts with mainly #1 Niqua spiral blade. Measures 18 X 27 inches. Thanks for the "insane" pattern Jim.

  7. I have not posted for a while, but am still alive and cutting. Here are few of my latest. First two are Jim Blume patters and the Lord's Prayer is from Sue Mey on more of my reclaimed maple. Jeff

  10. Thank you sir, I agree that it stands out better before the oil. One of my friends said with the oil turned her into a ghost lol. Sawbird blades are sold here in Canada by the Canadian intarsia artist Garnett Hall.
  11. Finished this morning. Botas Helder pattern on white poplar burl slab. 21 X 11 X 3/4 109 cuts with Sawbird #3 ultra reverse. Pre-oil and post oil pics.

  18. Ordered this pattern from Scroller on line. The other three I have cut are out old CWWC magazines. Jeff

  22. This Jeff Zaffino pattern is from the Sept/06 issue of CCWC, so it is probably the oldest one of my to-cut list that I haven't done. Stack cut 2 1/8 inch BB ply, 16 by 20 inch. Used Niqua #1 and #3/0 spirals, only 525 cuts. Jeff

  24. I have never had any split and only one develop small cracks. They have been air dried in an outdoor shed for several years. No backers. Guess I have just been lucky. Jeff
  25. An older gentleman here in Grande Prairie has been collecting burls and cutting them for 30 years. He is no longer able to cut like he used to and a mutual friend got us together. He is selling a few at a time and I am currently his number one customer lol Jeff
