  3. Those are beautiful.
  4. That looks great. I love word art.
  5. WOW! That's a lot of cutting. Beautiful.
  6. I have to try that.
  7. I have just made a circle cutting device for a small band saw. I don't think I should post full size photos but maybe thumbnails if someone can tell me how.
  8. I have Firefox and could not see it properly either. Thanks for posting. Looks like John is off and running.
  9. Very nice cutting on great patterns. Are these your patterns? They are beautiful.
  10. Thanks Jacques45 for posting. A very nice shop indeed.
  11. Thanks for your post Travis. It's fun to see what others are doing. I don't quite understand. Over 3000 views and over 2000 members and so few workshops. Amazing as this is the friendliest forum I know of and I belong to several. I love it here.
  12. Brad, I don't understand the above statement. JUST an old trucker. There are proud truckers in my family. While my daughter earns an unbelievable salary as the CFO for an oil company and her husband shuttles trailers at night for a large furniture maker. Strange combination? My son-in-law's contribution is as important to the family as my daughters. My favorite cousin trucked cattle his entire career until his retirement. He was a cowboy. Don't know how well I'd be eating were it not for the long haul cowboys. You are important to all of us.
  13. Glad to have you back. Welcome
  14. Everything looks so neat and precise. A lid with a carry handle would make it complete. Gorgeous.
  15. This is my daughter's family name made to display on her home. Pattern, thanks to Roly aka Phantom Scroller.
  16. Good looking sign. Should help to get customer attention.
  17. The guy on the ladder is gonna break his neck. Do you pay him by the hour or by the job? What about workmen's comp insurance? You are open to lots of liability. You sure are taking a lot of risk giving us a laugh!
  18. I just cut across one corner with a sharp knife, cutting only halfway through either side, bend the cut corner and peel.
  19. I personally like a round backer but bobscroll's idea may be the best of all.
  20. Beautiful cutting on a beautiful pattern.
  21. I bet she really enjoys it. It looks great.
  22. If you have ever sat on a three legged milk stool you would understand. The three legged Hegner is always stable whereas a four legged stand has leg levelers to make it stand without wobble to compensate for uneven floors. The three legged Hegner will also fit into a corner where space is a premium.
  23. I'm not making conjectures. I merely asked a question. I simply wondered why the Hegner stand was built that way. I personally do not care one way or another.
