  1. I used to make puzzles of pets for family and friends so now my daughter has a new Schnauzer dog and she wants me to make a puzzle of it. Thanks for your help.
  2. Hey Denny, can you sand me a link for the blade I need? It would help a lot. Thanks, Don.
  3. It's been a long time since I did any scrolling. I was pretty happy with how it turned out, even tho I made a bad mistake. Frank, Padauk is a very hard wood, but it's is pretty and that what we wanted.
  4. I made my grandson a chess board and now he wants me to make him the chess men. He wants the chess men to be made of padauk and hard maple. I made the king yesterday out of padauk and it was a bear to cut. To cut this I used the # 5 Pegas (MGT) Blades. It took me over 2 hours and about 8 blades. The king is 3 3/4" tall and 1 1/4" at the base. Here is a picture of the king I cut. I will have to do this over because there is a bad mistake on the other side.
  5. Happy Birthday and as my Granny used to tell me "don't eat to much cake"

  6. I really like the first sign. You did a great job. I like what John said. Put the money in a jar.
  7. Jim, looks like you had a perfect day, plus plenty of room to display. I know it makes you feel good when you sell a bunch of stuff.
  8. The Pegas MG is all I use and never had one to break. I will say it's been a while since I ordered.

    Excalibur EX-16

I bought a DW 788 from Woodcraft wanting an EX all the time. The lady at the store said it was a better saw. I took it home and something was wrong with it. It made a lot of noise so I took it back and traded it in for an EX 16 and never looked back. So far I love it.
  10. Happy Birthday hawkeye10!  I hope you have an awesome day!

  11. Hawkeye, worried about you!  You OK?

Yes, I have been doing great. Thanks for asking. I have just been doing other things for family and friends.

  12. I don't have any trouble with red oak but white oak is a different story.
  13. Brian it's a really nice thing y'all making those puzzles for the kids.
  14. Len I did like you and bought my stand at HF. I have an EX16.
  15. I have glued 1/8" pieces together and it came out nice. One thing to get them to come out right is don't clamp them very tight. I think using the wedges would be enough.
