  1. Birch plywood 4mm (1/6 inch), Flying Dutchman Ultra Reverse #1, glossy varnish For colored background I used self-adhesive film "Oracal" - it is easy to use, it has any colour and texture. I will use it at my future projects Cat pattern Here is video of making:
  2. I think Flying Dutchman Ultra Reverse #1 blades are the best for an accurate cuts and sharp corners, of course if thickness is not exceeds 1/4 inch (1/6 optimal)

Thanks, I use glue "88" of ukrainian production (instruction: apply glue on both surfaces , wait about 5-10 minutes untill glue dry (recommended, but not necessary), squeeze the glued surfaces) It is universal glue for wood, plastic, rubber and ceramic. I am not sure that you will find it at your country, someone wrote that similar glue in USA calls Contact cement

  19. Thanks everyone, it is quite difficult to make such patterns (correct form, calculation of distance and depth ect) but I like this process. And I think making such projects will be interesting as for beginners as for advanced scrollers. It looks harder than it really is, just try it.

  24. I found this video of my assembling of Imperial Tower at old CD, it is the most difficult scroll saw project I had ever made 4mm plywood, glossy varnish, I dont remember which blade I used - it was about 5 years ago
