  4. Been playing around with more mags and ornaments. Doing Some experimenting with these so some will probably end up in the box of shame and some will make the tree ( if my wife allows)

  15. Great cutting, nice piece of wood. I thought maybe you were a fighter back in the day. Looks like one of my fathers younger photos. He was a professional boxer he had his nose cartilage completely removed after so many breaks. I used to like to call him door stop nose. And then run. Very nice portrait

  19. It’s been a loooong time since I did a scroll saw project. Been busy with life and doing mostly whittling and some power carving. My daughter got me back on the saw with this request.

If I were going to do it I would frame it with 2x3 or 2x 4 but instead of framing the the whole wall in one like normal I would build 4 x 8 panels with only one stud in center which would essentially be roughly 2 foot on center studs. ( this will save on the weight) sheet them with whatever you can get cheap. Maybe luan. I wouldn’t use sheet rock. too heavy and would probably start to crumble from moving around. Then just screw or lag panels together. Insulate if want.
