I've been fiddling with this also Russell. This is what I have come up with based on the one above. I'm not going to design the houses and stuff. There are plenty of ideas, and probably plans, on pinterest. This one also has no size dimensions, I don't go for that. It can be resized with something like PosteRazor.

Hi All,
I just found out about this today, so it may be old news. Go here: https://www.isimonbrown.co.uk/custom-brushes-mini/ and download the zip for some extra power to Paint.net. One particular part of this allows you to use other programs for features that are not available in the main program. I was doing a design that required calligraphy and paint.net doesn't have a brush for this but MS Paint does. The plugin allows you to take your design straight to MS Paint, modify it with the right brushes, and save it straight back to Paint.net. It saves a lot of fiddling around.

Do you realize that to make this a compound you are going to lose all of the detail? It will be the outline from this picture as well as an outline of how it looks from the front. Any detail you will need to paint on yourself.

It's easy enough to trace but is it something we should be doing. If no one objects to it I can whip it up shortly.

Can't get anything decent from it, really. Perhaps one without the watermark would be better.

After a short search I found that this is identical to the Ozito model we get here in Australia. https://www.harborfreight.com/heavy-duty-variable-speed-rotary-tool-kit-31-pc-68696.html

Not sure about the WEN model but I've used the Ozito model, https://www.bunnings.com.au/ozito-170w-42-piece-rotary-tool-kit_p6290175. I've never had any problems using this and it comes in very handy for segmentation sanding, don't use it much for drilling.
