  7. Yuengling is from Pottsville, PA.......the oldest brewery in the US.......they only distribute east of the Mississippi River, until approx a year ago they started distributing in Louisiana. I have not been able to locate and/or order it from any store in my area.
  8. Yuengling Lager is by far is the best beer I have ever had and that says a lot coming from a die hard "Shiner Bock" drinker. Tried it approx 7 years ago up in New York at Cooperstown when one of my son's was invited to play in a select baseball tournament near the Baseball HOF. We cant get Yuengling here in Texas (although they have starting selling it in Louisiana), so I have some friends from my side / second job that travel all over the US and they usually bring me a case or two.
  9. The metal arrows my wife picked up at one of the hobby shops a fews weeks ago and asked if I'd hang them. I did like any of the options I had to hang them, didn't want to be able to see any of the hanger material, so I scroll out the wood. I traced the wood out with a 1/4" washer as a spacer. Got the idea with the washer from a youtube video by Charles Dearing.

PS....the grass is not were I'd like to be right now, when its up and going it's has to be cut a least every five days........although I may need to rethink it this year. All four of the kids will be in college and that leaves only me to do all the yard work, lol.
  11. Got her torn down and lubed up last weekend.....Got her bolted down and desk figured out yesterday......so today after yard work, I had some time to make my Beautiful Bride and Princess Daughter some wall hangers. My wife said I used to look at her, the same way I'm looking at my new baby.....lol
  12. Came anyone name the Catcher who's glove is in the photo?
  13. Interesting fact about that fight / year............Robin Venture was the only batter Ryan hit that whole season.........also the fact that Ventura got his butt handed to him.....lol
  14. Very Nice Dan......Correct
  15. Name the two main players involved in what has been known as "The Fight" for many years, also give the year. No looking up on the internet.
  16. Vibration with the older Delta was not bad on this table.......the DeWalt has almost no vibration on the saw or table.
  17. A few weeks ago I converted an old computer desk to a scroll saw table for a scroll saw that was given to me, my first scroll saw, an older model Delta. Last Friday I picked up a used DeWalt 788 Type 1 for a good price, spent the weekend breaking it down, checked the sleeves & bearings, etc. The DeWalt is to long to fit on the table and sits taller than the old Delta. My thought was to bolt the DeWalt to a piece of 3/4" ply and use wedges to angle the saw while I sit. Well then I thought, Can I build an adjustable top with the 3/4" ply?. I found some multi position locking hinges (drafting table hinges) that should work, this should allow me to adjust the tilt to almost any angle I would need. Question: Has anyone else tried this? If so any success?........no need to reinvent the wheel. Be Safe!
  18. Nice Job! I used the contact paper / shelf paper ever one has been talking about of the weekend and absolutely love it.......easy to apply and easy to remove, all came off in one piece. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002AS9NC6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  19. I'm having the same issue, however I just had my apart to check the sleeves & bearings.......lube job. I just picked up a used one over the weekend, pretty straightforward disassemble & reassemble if you watch the four (4) videos on youtube by Bob Brokaw from GWA (see below). Now my tensioner goes from 0 to max with very little tension on the blade? Will have to play with it over the weekend. www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNt2Y0ajDwk Be Safe!
  20. Amazon has the test tubes.......10 for $5.35.......used a 3/4" spade bit and have enough room so they slide out easily, but don't move to much.
  21. LMBO........Ive been in the fire service for 24+ years.......I like your thinking, much easier going down........FYI, almost all FD here in the south have moved away from poles in the station and/or two story station......all due to firefighters having to take early retirement from injuries sliding poles........so sad to this go.........Be Safe!
  22. I found a 26" Hawk G4 for sale, super clean. What do you think would be an acceptable price?
