Has anyone used LibreOffice Draw? It's free and there are different versions for the OS your using.
  2. Some how it turned into a fuzzygraph
  3. A little something for my wife. The rose is aromatic cedar, background is soft maple? And frame is walnut made on my router table.
  4. I bought a set for my DeWalt and had pretty much the same problem. The chucks have an inner spindle they ride on that's wider than the chuck and the chuck will slide side to side. I contacted the vender who contacted the maker I believe. They said they would take care of me. I made a set of thin washers from plastic with a set of hole punches, and that fixed the problem for me. It took a long time to get some thing from the makers. I believe they sent me a set of spring or wave washers. I never used them. when my plastic washers wear out I'll go back to the original chucks. They also claim that the chucks weigh less than the originals, I weighed mine and the Pegas chucks are heavier.
  5. Try this. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/32833/Craftsman-572-24700.html It's the only thing I found.
  6. Those are all great! Where did you find the Crow/Raven Celtic pattern?
  7. If you can get the page you want flat try taking a photo of the pattern.
  8. I'm confused I went to the description and it said "9 pounds". Then no table do you read that?
  9. My wife works from home and we were joking around one day about me being in her office. She jokingly said my office was in the garage. This is the results. She was sending a little sign to the landfill when I saw it and stopped her. I'll take that and anything like that. When pealing off the pattern I saw the letters and left them the way they were. I was going to paint them white.
  10. Thanks Dan I have watched a few of his videos and it has helped.
  11. I'm a relative new comer (two months)to scroll saw work. I feel I'm ready to move on to more complicated work. Something I'd like to do is my own patterns. Something a little larger maybe. All patterns I have done fits an 8 1/2" X 11" piece of paper, patterns I have gotten off the web. Can some one suggest a book on pattern design?
  12. Can't wait to see your clock! I've been wanting to try some fret work like this.
  13. You would ask for that. I have a hard time getting photos off my phone.
  14. Well I got the DW788 and a stand from HF. Beefed up the stand real well, it's solid now. I've had a chance to make a few projects. Man does this thing cut and it's quiet. Being quiet and almost no vibrations makes you think it's not running as fast as it is. Hang on to to that hat. I really like it after I figured to slow it down. I read some where it wouldn't do delicate work. I'm thinking that's not right. I think after I learn this saw I'll be good to go. I'm liking it.
  15. Very nice! I've been looking at doing the bamboo and bird trip-tic.
