Perk, there was a couple times I almost ruined it in the early cutting stage. Thats when I was doing the whiskers.
I needed thin blades but thin ones had a problem cutting a straight line on 3/4 wood. I used a lot of blades on the face.
After that, it was easy cutting.

Sounds like an impossible situation and this is one where a picture would help.
I use tiny (.022 x .008) blades and they are BIG compared to blades available.
Again, I can't tell you how to cut something I can't see.

Edward, you know it also feels good to finish it and sit back and look at it.
Yes, you are right, cutting does not end all the delicate work. I always look underneith
for pieces that fell out when I sand. And finishing can ruin a piece of work.
