I would be a top feeder if I could solve a problem. Attaching the blade to bottom clamp blind is easy!
Putting the blade thru the drill hole a little harder, I can do that ( teeth point down )
But
Three times I tried top feed and failed! How do I align hole in wood with hole in table?
How do I align hole in wood with hole in table 500 times? A 1000, 10,000 and never miss it?
Never too old to learn, huh Tom.
We'd all like to see some of your work from that 788 and pick up a trick or twwo from you.
Welcome to Scrollsawvillage.
Coffee House is always open, stop in and chat a bit.
Kevin, bring one of your saws and me and you can play a scroll saw tune.
That is between bites of pecan waffles and crispy bacon
We'll play for our meal Steve
Aarg. Whew. Yuck.
Too many bidges and anchors.
It'll take a pattern maker to redo it, in my opinion.
Other than that,
Cut the white and glue it on a contrasting background.
Hey Matt, You are welcome.
Good to hear. Wasn't too bad,HUH.
I'm telling everyone, I have the 40-694 arriving Tuesday Dec 30th.
I love my 40-690, it is running great, I'll give it a rest and see how the 694 compares.
Just additional information:
Some pinless blades have an indentation indicating a suggested clamp point on the top.
I go with: "If the clamp holds the blade, it's set right."
