If you have a DD214, go to your County Clerk and get a Discount Card. Your County Ckerk also will have a list of participating merchants. Oh, I checked our area and neither HD or Lowes are listed. Boo hiss. Any business I go to I will show my card and request a discount. Hey, no harm in asking.

Root Beer taste...Nobody knows because nobody can tell you what sassafrass or birch or bananas tast like. Root Beer was originally an infusion of sassafras, ginger, sarsaparilla, lots of sugar and other herbal and rooty flavors but there's no actual 'root beer flavor' like there is apple flavor; each maker has their own recipe There's Birch beer made from the sap of Birch trees. So Root beer probably got its name from sassafras since it is a root.

Roly, was that beer the Root Beer? I ask because, Root Beer is a sweet cole drink. No kick but it does taste good.
