Kevin, some great work there like segmentation more as I wish to try it at some point but wood is a huge problem and sanding tools as well,now looking at your project I think i will give it a try at" poor mans Segmentation with pine wood( here again the maximum width is six inches only, seeing any intarsia project leaves me mesmerized, I have even purchased Kathwise book to start but the sanding part frightens me nice work my friend , keep it up.

Hi, Welcome to the village. I am Mahendra from India. A great tip by David, I did the same for a couple of months by slightly grinding the pin end to make it pointed and then knock out the pin and after threading put a safety pin, a bit frustating ! But for now you can give it a try:-) Mahendra
